Drug Testing
Drug Testing is available during office hours, Monday thru Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. No appointment is necessary. However, you can call ahead to find out what time is best to come to minimize waiting.
Negative urine drug screen results are available immediately upon testing. Positive urine drug screen results and hair follicle drug screen results can be confirmed by Lab Corp within three business days. Testing usually takes 10 – 15 minutes to perform. Drug tests results are held strictly confidential. If you wish to have a third party notified about your test results, you will need to sign a statement allowing release of the results to a specific person or organization. A photo ID is required. The cost for each screening is as follows:
Instant Urine (10 panel)- $30
Lab Tested Urine- $40
Hair Follicle- $75
Hair Follicle (expanded opiates)-$135
The 10 – panel urine test determines any presence of Cocaine, Methamphetamines, Marijuana, Opiates, Methadone, Ecstacy, Oxycodone, PCP, Barbituates, and Benzodiazepines. The hair follicle drug test determines any presence of Amphetamines, Opiates (Heroine, Morphine and Codeine only), Marijuana, Cocaine and PCP. The hair follicle (expanded opiates) tests for Amphetamines, Opiates (Heroine, Morphine, Codeine, Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, etc.), Marijuana, Cocaine and PCP.
Cash, Money Order and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amercian Express) are the only forms of acceptable payment. If you are a referral agency and wish to establish an account, you may contact the director to request an application.
